Once everyone has been consulted, detailed technical drawings are created to provide an in-depth outline of the work for everyone involved. They include all aspects of the work, such as elevations for raised floors and suspended ceilings.
The technical design plans ensure clear instructions for completing every section of work.

BUILD STAGE
Before starting, we hold a series of meeting to front load the project as much as possible with all stakeholders (client, contractor, project manager, and key subcontractors) to review each stakeholder's planned build approach and responsibilities and review safety protocols and quality standards.
This process ensures streamlined communication and the ironing out of any queries beforehand.
Your office refurbishments are underway, and your new business offices are on the countdown.
Safety management is a priority for the site during our office refurbishment.
Our Site managers are all SMSTS trained and hold the qualifications to carry out the works in a safe manner.
Keeping you in the loop during the office refurbishment is paramount to us.

Weekly meetings with the client are also used to review construction schedules and address any current concerns with the project.
As your office refurbishment nears its completion and systems are installed, LIFE Safety testing is undertaken to ensure everything works as planned and to ensure Building Control sign off.
This includes everything from security systems to plumbing and electrical works.
The office refurbishment is complete. Your existing office space has been transformed into a more modern workplace, ready for occupation.
We'll conduct a final walkthrough with you, reviewing all completed work and meeting contractual obligations.
Our dialogue does not stop there, and our team will continue to be on hand to provide consultation and any support you require while you get familiar with your new office design.
Even after the handover, our team remain on hand to provide ongoing support should any questions arise in the future.
We attend to our clients past the defect period, which is usually 12 months. In this period, any defects must be addressed.
