Leadenhall Capital Partners LLP were moving out of the Leadenhall Building and instructed BASE to fit out their new office at 15th floor of 70 Mark Lane.

LCP required a corporate space but needed it to be bright with a homely feel. Since the pandemic BASE have noticed more clients requesting a homely office environment.

The space needed to entice the employees into the workplace and present the “wow” factor to those visiting.

The contemporary Crittall glass partitioning combined with the cool colour palette and timber created a great overall aesthetic.
