BASE completed the fit-out for an undisclosed client in Central London working alongside the highly talented architectural team at The Bon Collective.

The construction details had to be meticulously crafted in every area to ensure the design flowed perfectly. Vast amounts of joinery interlinked the space throughout. 

An expansive tea point with large slabs of marble created a statement hub for the SHV team. Black patinated steel shelves had to be welded on site and could not be prefabricated due to the constraints of the building.

The small floor plate, number of working trades combined with the logistics of the property meant that the programme had to be carefully planned and monitored.
