Base were appointed to carry out the 7th floor CAT B fit-out for Aspect Capital at 10 Portman Place.

Works involved mechanical and electrical modifications including fire alarm and sprinklers alterations to suit the new layout.

Base created a bright and welcoming tea-point area and breakout area that double up as a presentation area with seating.

There was bespoke joinery installed throughout with solid and glass partitions.

Base installed a terrarium inside the executive office.

The project was a big success and completed on time.
