BASE was invited to tender for the 4th floor Aramco refurbishment and secured the project whilst in competition.

The brief was to create a dynamic office that would entice the best traders to Aramco. The geometric office layout works well with the ticker tape bulkheads to provide views from anywhere on the trading floor.

The executive lounge opens up onto the Boardroom with washroom facilities. Privi light glass provides visitors with the required privacy from staff going to the gym.

The gym with acoustic Amtico flooring, full length mirrors and exposed services helped to enhance the space, along with the panoramic views.

A bespoke boardroom table was installed to the large meeting room that can seat 18 people, with private access from the trading floor.
