Airbnb occupied the ground and 4th floors and were looking to expand into the 3rd floor space.

BASE secured the project with a novated design by Threefold Architects.

The design was unique with much client involvement as all the meeting rooms were individually themed by recreating favourite listings.

The joinery element was very extensive with a challenging ‘Stoa’ structure surrounding the core of the floor.

The space has a homely feel with plenty of breakout space and “duck-in’s”.

Whilst the office had to achieve a certain look and feel, the functionality and acoustic requirements had to be maintained.

The project was a huge success and credit to all involved given the strict timescales and major element of bespoke design.
